Folders are not subscribed to for new accounts in iOS Mail #80
Description
in the mail app for iOS after adding imap account, all the folders are not created by default, and some folders need be selected manually by going into the mail section, maybe this could be more streamlined where all the folders are selected to store mails in the server only instead 'on my iphone'
