Add ability to forward a secret

As a recipient, I might consider the secret is not really for me (i.e. client send to sales team, but secret in fact for ops).
Instead of consuming and recreating a new secret, it would be better to be able to “forward” it.

Maybe editing the comments (or rather adding another), and the expiry date along the way.
