[Feature request] Filter video with AI tag

Hi, please add a feature so video with AI tag get filter out. I got a lot of AI content but no matter what. They keep auto play those videos

Addition to this: maybe add compatibility to something like https://aisloplist.com/ . It's really useful on PC and other projects, so I think it would fit here too.
