TizenTube not loading

TizenTube on Samsung The Frame used to open and work fine, but now it no longer loads. Deleted it and reinstalled it, but it just shows a TizenTube splash screen with a loading bar, then goes to a blank screen.

Facing the same problem here - Tizen 5.5 (2.2.0)

Tried formatting the whole TV and following the same steps to set it up as I did before with TizenTube when it worked and has the same result as above. Tried the previous build (v2.0.0) as well with no success.

I've faced same issue after installing standalone app via apps2samsung. However for me it was resolved after restarting the TV (hold power off >2s), then go to app again.

Ok, all comments marked as spam, no solutions and no suggestions. After a full reboot get Launch Service failed: Unknown error. as well

They're marked as spam because there's no value to the comments (no information other than "same thing happening to me"). And for that error, you can blame Samsung/Tizen for making cryptic errors. Try reinstalling.

They're marked as spam because there's no value to the comments (no information other than "same thing happening to me"). And for that error, you can blame Samsung/Tizen for making cryptic errors. Try reinstalling.

Reinstallation doesn't help either. Changing developer mode from on and off the same. Changing the address from my PC's and to local ip address does the same thing, no success. I can't even log in anymore. The most progress I have is getting to the page where I could've login, but the QR Code doesn't generate. Sorry, can't provide more useful information ;(

Unfortunately, I can't really help you, as I cannot reproduce the original issue as well as yours.
