Buttons not working!!

Those 4 Buttons: "Play" , "Pause" , "Fast-forward" , "Backward" Doesn't work on Tizen 4.0.
I tried to fix it on my own using Claude code but couldn't fix it , Seems it needs a deep change in the injector code!

my side is : "Fast-forward" , "Backward", "Caption" is greyed out when I press the TV remote right arrow.
