`formattedref`: no format attribute

You are currently generating formattedref with a format attribute; e.g.

bundle exec relaton fetch "ISO 712"

....

    <bibitem type="standard">
      <formattedref format="text/plain">ISO 712:1998</formattedref>
      <docidentifier type="ISO" primary="true">ISO 712:1998</docidentifier>

We no longer have a format attribute on formattedref in the grammar: please get rid of it.

The suite of tickets I am posting here and https://github.com/relaton/relaton-model-iso/issues are to reconcile the Relaton grammar to our outputs.

Similarly, abstract no longer has a format attribute in the grammar. Please get rid of it. This is because we have switched our text format in Relaton to always be Metanorma XML.
