[Bug]: CLI does not validate that sort field is populated in `new-entry`

Adding an entry to a collection will cause an exception if the sort key isn’t present. The CLI needs to validate that the sort key is included in the data passed to new-entry.

Solution would be to check for the sort key and and add a field for it.

Should we check to see if that field is date and add an appropriate date field? Otherwise we'll add something like date: date which will cause an error later on when we sort which this is supposed to help get rid of.
I can see doing that and I can see erroring out at the creation phase saying it's missing the sort key.

in my initial toying with the idea... that what I did... I was trying to move things around to make sure that it would still work
