Add Trinkets to poe1 mods_by_base.json and base_items.json

And anywhere else that would be appropriate, I suppose. Would highly appreciate it.

I don't know why these were beng excluded, but they should be present now, along with several other item classes that had also been filtered out in the original code. In case it was because of file sizes, l also added a ./base_items/ dir grouping the items by class
