Wrap REST/HTTP errors into JSON Objects

Best case scenario yes.

We can use Spring Boot features which can already do that. However, a production server might just want to send no body (just status code).

Consider creating a ResponseMessageDto and use the ControllerAdvice in package config.ExceptionMapper.
