Sorting fails due to incorrect YML config in docs #3

The docs specify the use of the following to enable/disable GridField sorting:

GridFieldPageHolder: 
  apply_sortable_gridfield: true

..when in actual fact the config setting should be

GridFieldPageHolder:
  apply_sortable: true
