Add more backgrounds to theme

Ideally we want to keep our scope limited instead of adding infinite backgrounds, so we'll stop at this:

• Switch to a Select menu for backgrounds in /about
• Add Fairy_Nebula_From_ESO.jpg
• Add street lamps with wires jpg
• Add BLACKPINK jpg
• Support custom backgrounds
