Connect to the WiFi of the side router, cannot get through the sing-box proxy.

Hello, I set up sing-box on OpenWrt smoothly based on your How to Run tutorial. Thank you very much.

State:

1. Connect the main router WiFi, change the gateway and DNS of the client to the side router IP, I can successfully access the Internet through sing-box proxy.
2. Connect to the WiFi of the side router, I can't access the Internet through the sing-box proxy.

Issue:

1. How do I set sing-box on OpenWrt to achieve point 2 above?
2. Is there a user management interface for sing-box on OpenWrt? For example, through 127.0.0.1:9090
3. Can Chromecast Ultra be setting with Static IP/Gateway/DNS? How to do it?
