Default overlay features

Create a default set of overlay guis to include in Reconstructor.dll (all players have it this plugin). This issue is more for idea collection and can be split into other issues as necessary:

• List of overriden xtbls
• In MP:
  • List of other connected players, the version of reconstructor they have installed, whether it's a custom version, and the list of plugins they have installed.
  • Identify who is the host if possible. May be the global variable Server
  • MP/networking stats or log of issues like people getting kicked or losing connection.
