[Steam Deck] App doesn't display working window.

On Steam Deck and Protontricks, SyncFaction fails to show any indication of the app actually working, aside from a high read rate in the System Monitor.

Try this build.

• Expected to work under WINE
• Requires dotnet 6 desktop runtime, can be installed with winetricks i guess? Try winetricks -q dotnetdesktop6 and if does not help, install it manually under WINE from microsoft's .exe installer
• Due to a known bug in how community patch is packaged, update process will fail. Workaround: remove or rename file RFG GAME ROOT\data\.syncfaction\Mod_7696\.mod.hashes.json as soon as this mod is unpacked. You can do it while SF does the update. Or after it failed the update, then just restart the app.
