Beacon CID list #27
Description
An endpoint where one can get a list of all pins by CID, as well as their current seeding status, so that one can assign their efforts to underseeded CIDs.
- Create a method to list all CIDs
- Add seeding status to the method's list output, per item
- Capture output of CID list and upload it to Kubo + Iroh periodically
- Cached endpoint that displays CID of CID list
