tag-to-skill mapping and part-to-content-type mapping are missing

I try to use the KT1 dataset for analysis of reading comprehension tasks including task difficulty and linguistic complexity. Therefore, I need to identify those questions that are about reading comprehension. The tags furthermore could tell anything about the level of reading comprehension that was tested or about the text that was read. Without these context information the datasets appears very mechanistic, meaning that one could only test some algorithm without caring about real world conditions.

So fare, I've read the following resources:

I read the reading comprehension questions originate from TOEIC tests. However, this data seems to be disclosed.

I found some information about the meaning of the individual parts but I am not sure about how reliable this is.
