The semantic meaning of tags

I am a research scholar pursuing my Phd.

I would be profoundly grateful if you could help me with my queries about the Riiid dataset.. I'd like to know :

1. Whether the tags have documented semantic meanings.
2. Whether tags represent TOEIC skills, knowledge components, or internal platform categories.
3. Whether a mapping from tag ID → skill description exists.
4. Whether parts and tags were manually curated or automatically assigned.
5. Whether tags represent the difficulty level of the content/bundle_ids?

I have found tag overlaps between many parts and so am even more perplexed.

My research is purely academic and I am stuck with poor results that I have been getting without the semantic meaning of tags. Your support would be of immense help in continuing my work further.
