[Feature Request]: Add OpenAI comaptible API and add option to set custom API endpoint for transcription

Hey there!

Would be great to have an option to set a custom OpenAI API endpoint to use for transcription and also add a functionality, that allows using Scriberr with other apps, that can take OpenAI compatible API for transcription (i.e Whisper plugin for Obsidian)
