Windows Phone Link repeatedly pushes the same notification from NagramX.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Link your phone and Windows via Phone Link.
2. Turn on the 'Notifications' feature in Phone Link.
3. Set Push Service Type to Google FCM and receive a message on NagramX.
4. Windows Phone Link then pushes the same message 3–4 times, and this only happens with NagramX.

When I changed the notification icon from 'Nagram' to 'Telegram' this bug disappeared, but now it has reappeared, except that previously it would repeat four times, and now it repeats three times.

Is there any other information I can provide? I tested Nagram XF, and it doesn't have this issue.

Not really, no. Maybe try a clean reinstall or rolling back to an older release? I have no clue what's causing this.
