Optimize input of existing PV and ST

Change decision made here: #137 and optimize existing PV and ST. Give a hint for user that it is an assumed / optimized value.

Options proposed:
Ja, Nein, Unbekannt.

I don't get which field these 3 options should be applied, like this?

• ST/PV/Storage exist: ja/nein
• If yes -> Capacity known: ja/unbekannt

That'd be a rollback of the changes of #137, is that correct?

And I vote for typical values (to be researched), not optimized.

Yes! Exactly as you proposed.

And for researched values: But how do we set them if both exists ST and PV. Question from @henhuy in RC. That's why I thought to optimize in case both exists?
