Incompatible with Postgresql driver

Due to the use of some MySQL-specific commands in the rmap-loader, this is not compatible with Postgresql. The issue in the loader is logged here:
https://github.com/rmap-project/rmap-loader/issues/15
Once that issue is resolved, the OSF loader should be updated to use the latest code.
