Order in frontend of pages does not work correctly

If I change the order of pages in backend I get no change in frontend.

It's possible the original package was missing some templates. This is my first real work managing a repository in git, and when I updated last night I saw some things that appeared to be added that should have been added already. So if you test, download a fresh package.
