Mremote folder structure is different comparing msi installation with portable.

Due to this also the look&feel is affected

After aligning manually the folders look&feel is fixed, but themes are not visible anymore

Thanks for the clear side-by-side, @bruste77 — the folder-layout difference between the MSI and the portable build is exactly the kind of thing that breaks theme loading (mRemoteNG looks for the Themes subfolder relative to the executable).

To pin down which installer is at fault, could you confirm:

1. Which build the MSI came from — the nightly (nightly release tag) or a tagged release — and the exact version string from Help → About.
2. After you "aligned the folders manually", where exactly did the Themes folder end up relative to mRemoteNG.exe in each case (a quick dir / screenshot of both trees is perfect).

That tells me whether the MSI is flattening the harvested layout or dropping the Themes folder in the wrong place, so I can fix it at the packaging step rather than asking you to shuffle files by hand.
