Singular instead of plural

This keyword has 2 "Mandatory Arguments" and 6 "Optional Arguments".

In here we mention a 'number' instead of the 'word', which one would we want to use? (ie. one, two, six or 1, 2, 6) I can raise it as a separate issue. But figured I'd mention it here for now.

Mandatory Arguments is a term, and terminology is always plural in the syllabus if I'm not mistaken?
But what's worse, is that the internal link is broken and should thus be fixed
