Video/gifs only play for 1-2 seconds unless actively scrolling through the feed.

Describe the bug
Gifs and videos will only play one or two seconds before requiring some sort of input to continue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any feed with video content
2. Scroll until a video is on the screen and playing.
3. Stop scrolling, ensuring the video is still mostly visible and would normally be playing.
4. Video stops.
5. Scroll again, video will start moving.

Expected behavior
Video content auto-plays normally per settings.

Additional context
This may be an API issue or on Reddit's end. At first blush it looks like content is only loading when it's being actively interacted with, which feels like an issue with lazy/on-demand loading.
