Emotes don't properly encode

Describe the bug
Multiple (back-to-back?) emotes don't properly get replaced in the app.

• On old reddit, the emotes show as numbers: Mmmmm yes forgot how well made this game is it went from :17745::17744::2357: all the way to :4358::4359::8907:
• On new reddit, the emotes properly render.
• On the Narwhal app, only the first emote gets properly converted to text, while the rest get mangled (failed to convert to decode?): Mmmmm yes forgot how well made this game is it went from View Emote!%5Bimg%5D(emote%7Ct5_2sxpk%7C17744)!%5Bimg%5D(emote%7Ct5_2sxpk%7C12357)!%20all%20the%20way%20to%20!%5Bimg%5D(emote%7Ct5_2sxpk%7C4358)!%5Bimg%5D(emote%7Ct5_2sxpk%7C4359)!%5Bimg%5D(emote%7Ct5_2sxpk%7C8907)

Expected behavior
All emotes to properly be converted to links, with the text portion intact: Mmmmm yes forgot how well made this game is it went from View Emote!View Emote!View Emote! all the way to View Emote!View Emote!View Emote!
