Unfortunately as v1.1 Stream is now deprecated, (https://twittercommunity.com/t/announcing-the-deprecation-of-v1-1-statuses-filter-endpoint/182960/2) and twitter4j does not support v2 Stream, you will have to use an alternative library or implementation to use it. There is twitter4j v2 GitHub - takke/twitter4j-v2: a simple wrapper for Twitter API v2 that is designed to be used with Twitter4J 20 but this does not support the stream.
