[Feature Request] Preview for omnicompletion using DocStrings

I'm using vim-app for mac and it seems that preview doesn't work

It would be nice if it did, and also used docstrings and whatnot.

The generated PYSMELLTAGS file already contains docstrings so it's a matter of showing them now, I'm guessing.
I would very much like to see this implemented as well.
