I think you lost access when we made 2FA compulsory for the ropensci GitHub organization (in the meantime 2FA has become compulsory for all of GitHub)?

Oh wait no, you were a member of other repos in this org. So not sure where the mishap happened! Anyway, sorry and now you have access.
