install bkk12

we replaced motherboard for bkk12 with new motherboard and cpu works again. we should install it at datacenter and then install operating system arch linux on it to run latest and greatest polkadot validator

we should also startp ublishing polkadot clients into aur repositories with fully automated releasese based on releases.

we need gencfg_syttemd.sh that generates interface files

systemd or build ifupdown for arch linux possible, maybe?

requires latest bios update to be upgraded updated from bmc. we want to replace 7950X3D -> 9950X3D if possible on this machine. rigfht now the motherboard wasnt supporting with current firmware.
could be easy first task to start, so i can try replace cpu while i add cabling for 25G ports

purpose, lets run our primary dot01 validator on this one. and we could even run it with all 16 cores natively or inside systemd-nspawn containers
prototyping our shift ot using nspawn for validators
