表示 Comet 对比 Native change 的 baseline 与当前项目内容后，发现还有 20 项文件变化没有被本次 next 命令的 --artifact 覆盖。exit code 65 是 Native 在 implementation scope 不完整时的预期阻塞，并不是并发写入异常。

scope hash 会绑定当前文件内容、contract 和声明的 artifact。如果第一次返回 hash 后又发生以下任一情况，再次计算出的 hash 都会变化：

• Claude 继续修改了文件；
• 重试时使用了不同的 --artifact；
• 命令实际从主仓库而不是对应 worktree 根目录执行；
• 其他 worktree 的代码已经合入当前分支；
• 多个 Claude 实际操作了同一个工作目录。

我们使用两个真实的嵌套 Git worktree 做了验证：主 worktree 与子 worktree 的 Native snapshot 没有互相包含对方的文件，因此当前还没有复现“正确隔离的 worktree 之间相互污染 scope”的情况。

为了继续确认原因，麻烦补充以下信息：

1. comet --version 的完整输出。目前发布版本包含 0.4.0-beta.x，没有正式的 0.4.0。
2. 每个 Claude 窗口分别执行：
   • pwd
   • git rev-parse --show-toplevel
3. git worktree list --porcelain
4. 失败时完整的 comet native next ... 命令，特别是全部 --artifact 参数。
5. 同一时刻的 git status --short。
6. 最好提供一次失败命令的 --json 输出，以确认未归属路径是否来自其他 worktree。

当前判断更接近“本次 change 的 artifact 声明不完整，或者计算 hash 后工作目录继续发生了变化”。如果能确认不同 worktree 根目录下、文件内容保持不变且 artifact 声明完整时 scope hash 仍然变化，我们会按 Comet 的并行隔离问题继续处理。

一个很怀疑的方向是，你在多会话中开启的worktree都是从根目录启动的comet命令

正确的使用顺序应该是：

• 每个 Claude 从各自 worktree 根目录启动；
• 每个 worktree 创建并完成自己的 Native change；
