The rsWPI resouce utilizes hard coded paths that are only relevant to Rackspace environments. This will prevent rsWPI from running successfully on AWS. Proposed fix is to set the working path to C:\Windows\Temp.

I'd even suggest $env:SystemDrive\Temp to avoid the assumption that a C: drive exists. Alternatively, we could have a :\AppDownloads folder that create and manage
