Screen displaying paused continuously

Just finished soldering the device up and it is continuously alternating between paused and then plays a frame. Any ideas where to start troubleshooting?

The screen pausing continuously indicates the voltage on the middle button's GPIO is low - most likely there's a bridge somewhere to ground or another pin. The most common place for that is the microcontroller, so I'd check to make sure there aren't any bridges there. The middle button pin is PB4, which is the second pin from the left on the topmost row of pins when it's on the board. The pin to the left is ground, so any solder bridge to that pin would definitely do it.

Let me know if that's the culprit!
