the goal is usually to help users visually categorize their thoughts. However, simply adding a color picker can sometimes lead to a "rainbow mess" that makes the app harder to read.

Instead of just labels, let users pick a background color for each note card from a preset palette (like Google Keep).

Instead of letting users pick any color for any note, link the color strictly to the Category Label.
