install shinyuieditor in R version 4.3.1 - am I missing something?

using R version 4.3.1, install.packages("shinyuieditor") returns: "package ‘shinyuieditor’ is not available for this version of R"

How can I install the editor package?

While in development the package is only available on github:

install.packages("remotes")
