Currently, we haven’t implemented email fetching in frontend apps like Helpdesk or CRM, but this needs to be prioritized and implemented as soon as possible.
For example, in Helpdesk, all email discussions are visible in the ERP Desk backend (e.g., ERP Desk Ticket https://erp-dev.rt.gw/app/hd-ticket/1296 ) , but they should also be displayed in the frontend Helpdesk app (e.g., Frontend Helpdesk Ticket https://erp-dev.rt.gw/helpdesk/tickets/1296 ).
Since HR and other employees primarily use the frontend app and rarely access the backend, it’s important to make this functionality available in the frontend.
Similarly, this feature needs to be implemented for the CRM as well.
