PHP notice related to fb_access_token is displayed in log after updating to latest version

After updating rtsocial plugin to latest version the PHP notice related to fb_access_token is displayed in debug log.

PHP Notice: Undefined index: fb_access_token in \app\public\wp-content\plugins\rtsocial\template\rtsocial-setting-form.php on line 316

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the previous version of rtSocial and go to plugins and click update now.
2. Observe the issue.

Note: After adding FB key notice is not visible.
