Conversion of Checkbox to Toggle-Button [ Admin ] #91

Feature Request
Current Behavior
- To hide the number of counts from the socials buttons the user needs to check the checkbox.
Idea is that we can provide a toggle button is looks more attractive and provide a good user experience inside the admin panel.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to admin rtsocial setting page
Testing Environment
- Tested in developing branch
- Admin page rtsocial options
