Make admin panel accessible from resources.eahub.org/admin

Currently, admins have to go to https://elated-khorana-9gb345.netlify.com/admin, which is confusing. Make it possible that they can login from resources.eahub.org/admin. Atm, admins get

failed to load settings from ./netlify/identity

if they go through resources.eahub.org/admin
