Fix "You've missed a required field" bug in admin panel

Required field is the related links box, even though it shouldn't be required. Error goes away if one deletes the empty "related links" box, but this shouldn't appear in the first place

@sebgrebe Just noticed this bug - has it been fixed/should we move to the EA Hub project? I forget if we covered this one.
