- Fix Node engine requirement in functions/package.json (24 → >=20)
- Fix .circleci/config.yml node-checks job: upgrade to node 22.19, add npm install
  step for functions/, use installed tsc binary instead of npx, remove quality-gc
- Add deploy-worker job to .circleci/config.yml: installs wrangler globally, verifies
  src/youtube-worker.ts exists, type-checks it, then deploys to Cloudflare Workers
  using CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN and CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID env vars
- Add 'deploy' workflow that runs deploy-worker on main branch only
