Subject: [PATCH] fix: resolve CI workflow failures and add YouTube API
 worker-build job

- Fix functions/package.json: remove duplicate firebase-admin key,
  remove stray `lint` package from dependencies, upgrade firebase-admin
  to ^13.9.0, fix typescript from invalid ^6.0.0 to stable ^5.8.3,
  downgrade engines.node from 24 to 20 to match CI image

- Fix node-checks CI job: add `npm install` step in functions/ before
  running ESLint and tsc (both were failing because node_modules were
  not installed in that subdirectory)

- Add worker-build CI job: installs pnpm deps, runs `tsc --noEmit`
  against src/youtube-worker.ts (the YouTube API v3 Cloudflare Worker),
  then deploys to Cloudflare Workers via wrangler when CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN
  is set in the project environment

- Add worker-build to validate workflow alongside python-checks and
  node-checks
