How do I run runbb?

FeatherBB at least have an index.php
But how do I run RunBB?
There is not a single php-file in the root.

RunBB installed on slim3 skeleton.
skeleton have index.php, here simply examle
You can use or slim_skeleton or write own or any slim3 you want
