The program does not start. It hangs on the "loading your workspace" splash screen indefinitely.

OS: Fedora 38 x64

I'm run it locally from the git repository. Nothing has changed. It also hangs on the "loading your workspace" splash screen.

@vorons thanks for reporting the issue. Can you check the devtools console (ctrl+shift+j) and see if any error is thrown. When I tested in Ubuntu 20.04, unable to determine base dir path error was thrown, can you confirm if the same is thrown for you?
