Restore a wallet without the seed with only the spend key and view key

When I created a wallet I didn't saved the seed only the spend key and the view key and when I installed the wallet I didn't found a feature to restore your wallet if you only have the spend key and view key.

@dilawfird there is currently no option to do that. You could however use the CLI wallet and restore via private keys, then simply move the wallet files to C:\ProgramData\ryo\wallets

./ryo-wallet-cli.exe --generate-from-keys my_restored_wallet
