Liberation font messes up GUI on windows (possibly elsewhere too)

@ewels submitted a pull a while ago to bundle the liberation-sans font and use that as default in a load of places.

I've pulled this into a liberationfont branch. It all works and does change the font, however some of the text in the GUI is now corrupt and difficult to read, and this passes through to the reports saved from the gui

Ok, as I suspected it looks like it might be due to differences in anti-aliasing settings across operating systems:

The code sets KEY_ANTIALIASING (shape AA) in the graphs but never sets KEY_TEXT_ANTIALIASING (text AA). On macOS, Java inherits text-AA settings from CoreText/the desktop, so text comes out smooth regardless. On Windows and Linux, when drawing text via a custom Graphics2D (especially into a BufferedImage for PNG export), text AA defaults to off unless you ask for it. With a TrueType font that has weaker bytecode hinting than Microsoft's Arial (which is exactly what Liberation Sans has) text drawn without AA at small sizes (10–14pt) looks jagged/corrupt.

I'll put in a PR, I won't be able to test it myself but hopefully it'll solve the issue for you.
