Request for Clarification on the Use of the Hole Generation Tool in Archipack_PRO #423

Description

@massimoper

Dear Archipack_PRO Team,
First of all, I would like to congratulate you on the development of Archipack_PRO, a truly powerful and useful tool.
I need some clarification regarding the functionality of the tool that allows hole generation using parametric shapes. Specifically, I have noticed an unexpected behavior when Rafters are present: the cut produced by the automatic Boolean operation does not behave as expected.
If the hole shape is positioned within the roof perimeter, the rafters affected by the Boolean operation are cut shorter than the predefined shape (see red highlighted areas - Fig. 01). However, if the parametric shape extends beyond the roof perimeter, the rafters are cut exactly where expected (see green highlighted areas - Fig. 02).
This behavior becomes evident when enabling the Bargeboard, which visually confirms the issue. Additionally, it seems impossible to modify the inclination of the rafters at the cut location, preventing the proper insertion of transversal elements (see Fig. 03, 04, 05, 06).
I am currently using Archipack_PRO version 2.7.2 with Blender 4.1.
I would appreciate any clarification on whether this is an expected behavior, a configurable setting, or a potential bug.
Thank you in advance for your attention, and I look forward to your response.
Best regards.
