Material library "archipack_2_matlib.blend" does not work with Blender 5.1.2

If I drag and drop the material-library-file from my location to the folder path field, the path to the file is created. But the materials are not used from Archipack PRO. Is the file "archipack_2_matlib.blend" incompatible with Bleder 5.1.2?

Matlib is compatible with all blender versions.
Could be an issue with a network path not supported by blender ?
