A question about the code

First,thanks for your sharing,your code really helps me a lot when I learn the RBF model.
I faced some problems when I tried to run your code.I could not find the 'point.npy' file when use the clustering_hd.py and clustering_spectral.py,I am curious about what this file exactly is.

Hey @zyh981022,
I had written this long back.

1. IIRC points.npy is just MNIST dataset (because I was having some trouble initially, I had pre-processed and saved it in points.npy format, but you can use alternative approach to load it as done in other files and use it).
2. If you want to just get the plotted curves, you can obtain it directly by running compare_clustering_algos.py and then plot_results.py . All the required processed datasets are present in MNIST_data folder. Let me know if this helps.

Another word of advice: Unfortunately, I had run this code long ago and can't remember the exact TF version.
