Official packages and website information

Hi, I think it'd we useful to clarify in the main README.md whether there are or not official packages or websites.

For instance, at the moment there seem to be at least 3 unofficial pip packages: graphifyy, graphifyy, graphify-leo

Also a website there is the graphify.net website which could easily be thought of as official and it does not even link to this GitHub repo.
